  Explore the summary of the ACA provided by Healthcare.gov.

  Create a chart that summarizes each of the managed care models as well as the socialized medicine health care model.

  Include the following elements in the chart:

  • Include a row in the chart that illustrates how each of the models is incorporated into the ACA.
  • In a 3 – 5 page paper (APA format), not including the title page or reference page, synthesize your findings and explain if you feel the ACA is a model of socialized medicine. Identify why or why not.
  • In addition, address the effect on providers, payers, and patients should the ACA be repealed and repealed and replaced with a yet-to-be-determined replacement.
