Reflecting on your last assignment. You have been the captain of your team for a year now, in 600-750 words, reflect on the following:

• Discuss how your vision affected the team, (i.e., your vision/goals from last week’s assignment).
• Summarize the five qualities of countability. What steps do you have in place to maintain a positive attitude for the team? What would be the consequences of having a negative attitude? What would your response be to a teammate’s negative attitude, your own negative attitude?
• Discuss if it is important to always have a positive attitude.
