In one paragraph, in active, present tense: Describe in visual language and storytelling a true situation or event in which you took an unusual/unexpected action to go after something you wanted badly and were somehow changed drastically or saw the world or yourself differently after. Where were you and when was this? What was the situation/event? What was it that you wanted and why was it life and death? What was at stake? What were the obstacles? What actions (verbs) did you take? What was the result? Did you succeed in getting what you wanted? How were you changed after? This one-paragraph story about yourself should have a beginning, a middle, and an end.
