Global Studies Question

Learning Goal: I’m working on a global studies writing question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

For this week’s project submission, you should draft a 1-paragraph paper to briefly discuss your intended topic selection and at least 5 credible and scholarly sources. As you select your topic, think of some issues that you find interesting, such as trade policies, language unity, gun control, immigration policies, labor movement, currency exchange, taxation, racism, income disparity, education rights, etc. Your topic selection should be no more than one paragraph, not including your list of references. In your paragraph, you should include why you are interested in this topic.

• PROJECT OVERVIEW

  You will conduct research on the comparative politics project that will require you to write a 5-page research paper in which you analyze and discuss the impact of a major political, economic, and/or social issue in Mexico, France, China, or Iran, on the United States. In your research paper, you will also provide a recommendation to resolve the major political, economic, and/or social issue that you are addressing. You select only one foreign nation as your focus.
