Select and watch a persuasive TedTalk that interests you and analyze it by writing a 1-2—page report that explores persuasion and Monroe’s Motivated Sequence. Your paper should address each of the following concepts. Failure to clearly address each of the topics will result in a grade deduction. This homework is worth 25 points.
- List and define each of the steps in Monroe’s Motivated Sequence and identify how your selected TedTalk uses each of these steps. If your selected TedTalk does not use Monroe’s Motivated Sequence, please select a different TedTalk to analyze.
- Discuss whether this presentation uses logos, ethos, and/or pathos. Give examples to support your answer/s.
